Service Description

Your consultation is a safe, welcoming space where we’ll explore your unique goals, challenges, and desires. This 20–30 minute call gives us the chance to connect, for you to ask any questions you may have about hypnotherapy, and for us to see if we’re a good energetic fit to work together. During this time, I’ll gently guide the conversation to get a deeper understanding of what’s currently blocking you and what kind of transformation you’re seeking—whether it’s around confidence, success, inner healing, or another area of growth. You’ll also get a clearer sense of how my approach works, including how I combine hypnotherapy, subconscious reprogramming, and guided visualizations to help you create lasting change.
